I've been running live classes for over 4 years now, and thoroughly enjoy the casual nature of them. I have found that recording the sessions using my typical camera set up for my major tutorials works really well - making the recordings much more informative than the live class.
With the recording, you see:
- A close up view of the palette and my colour mixes
- Close up angle over my shoulder of the painting
- Direct over head angle of the painting
- A view of my face as I talk to you directly
